Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting and using the Gu World bot ("the Bot") on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Bot. Users under this age are not permitted to use the Bot.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Bot for unfair advantage
• Use automated scripts, macros, or bots to interact with the Bot
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the Bot's systems
• Attempt to access, modify, or delete other users' data
• Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the Bot's operation or server infrastructure

4. Game Progress & Data

Your game progress is stored persistently but may be subject to resets, modifications, or data loss due to maintenance, updates, or bugs. The Bot owners are not liable for any loss of progress. The /self_destruction command will intentionally reset your progress to Rank 1 — use with caution.

5. Modifications & Downtime

The Bot may undergo updates, maintenance, or feature changes at any time. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for any losses incurred during downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Bot owners or contributors be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users from the Bot for violations of these terms. Banned users will have their data retained for anti-abuse purposes but will be unable to interact with the Bot.
